Salad with Ground Beef, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Sumac

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tsp sesame (black and white)
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 cucumber
- 8 tomatoes
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Red Onion
- 60 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped mint

Brown the ground beef in a hot pan with 2 tbsp oil until crumbly. Crush the sumac, sesame and cumin in a mortar, mix into the beef and season with salt and pepper.

Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise, deseed and dice small. Wash the tomatoes, cut off stems and slice into wedges. Wash, clean and halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange tomatoes and cucumbers on plates, drizzle remaining oil and lemon juice over them, then spread the seasoned beef on top. Peel, halve and thinly slice the onion; scatter over the salad and drizzle with sour cream.
