Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 young lettuce head
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 600 g beef (from the shank, ready to cook)
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash and dry the salad. Wash the cucumbers, peel into strips, optionally halve lengthwise and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and slice into wedges.

    Peel and dice the ginger. Rinse the beef, pat dry and cube about 3 cm. Mix with ginger and chili flakes. Season with pepper and cook in hot oil in a pan, turning frequently for about 8 minutes. Add a pinch of salt at the end.

    Arrange the salad on plates, top with the cooked beef, cucumbers and onions. Serve with a dip if desired.
