Ingredients
- 200 g mixed salad leaves
- 2 untreated oranges
- 100 g dark grapes
- 1 Shallot
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 375 g duck liver

Clean, wash and spin dry the salad leaves.

Wash the oranges, pat them dry and zest with a zester. Peel the oranges and separate the fillets. Rinse the grapes, halve them and remove seeds. Peel the shallot and slice into thin rings.
