Salad with Beef Strips and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 600 g beef fillet
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g small radicchio (2 small radicchio)
  • 60 g black pitted olives
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 5 Tbsp plant oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a handful basil

Instructions

    Rinse the beef fillet, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel onions and slice into strips. Wash peppers, halve, deseed and dice finely. Wash tomatoes and quarter.

    Separate radicchio leaves, wash, dry and tear into pieces. Chop olives. Halve avocado, peel, slice into thin strips and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

    Peel garlic, finely chop and sauté with olives in 2 tbsp hot oil. Add beef strips, cook around, season with salt and pepper.

    Combine all salad ingredients with remaining oil and lemon juice in a bowl, mix and season with salt and pepper. Plate the salad, top with beef strips and garnish with basil leaves.
