Ingredients

  • 300 g very thin pork cutlets
  • Pepper
  • 2 romaine lettuce heads
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small blue onion
  • 1 handful princess beans

Instructions

    Beat the cutlets between two sheets of foil to make them even thinner, wrap tightly around a skewer and season with pepper intermittently.

    Grill the meat slowly on the rotating skewer at a slight distance from the heat. Rinse the princess beans and cook in boiling salted water for 6 minutes, then drain and let them dry.

    Meanwhile wash, rinse, and spin-dry the lettuce. Peel the onion and slice into strips. Juice the lemon. Peel, halve, pit, and slice the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix remaining lemon juice with oil, season with pepper. Arrange the lettuce with avocado slices on plates, thinly slice the meat off the skewer with a sharp knife, drizzle everything with the dressing, re‑pepper if needed, and garnish with onions before serving.
