Ingredients

  • 0.5 l whisky
  • 4 vanilla beans
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 0.75 l sweet whipping cream

Instructions

    Melt the sugar in a large pot over medium heat, pour in the cream.

    Split the vanilla bean, scrape out the seeds, add the bean to the pot and cook while stirring until the sugar has fully dissolved.

  3. 3.

    Let the mixture cool, then strain through a sieve.

  4. 4.

    Stir whisk into the cream mixture with whisky, pour into a clean bottle, seal well and shake occasionally.

    Shelf life: about 3 weeks.
