Ingredients
- 20 g dried tomatoes (6 dried tomatoes)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 g Zucchini (1 Zucchini)
- 265 g chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp saffron strands
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 300 g lamb fillet (4 lamb fillets)
Instructions

Slice dried tomatoes into thin strips with kitchen scissors or a knife.

Peel the garlic and cut it into slices.

Wash, trim, and dice the zucchini into about 2 cm cubes.
