Saffron chickpeas with lamb support blood formation through abundant vitamin B12 and iron.

Ingredients

  • 20 g dried tomatoes (6 dried tomatoes)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Zucchini (1 Zucchini)
  • 265 g chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp saffron strands
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 300 g lamb fillet (4 lamb fillets)

Instructions

    Slice dried tomatoes into thin strips with kitchen scissors or a knife.

    Peel the garlic and cut it into slices.

    Wash, trim, and dice the zucchini into about 2 cm cubes.
