Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g soft butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 8 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 50 g finely ground almonds
- 200 g apricot jam
- 400 g milk chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- 50 g dark chocolate
- butter (for the pan)
- ground almonds (for the pan)
Instructions

Grease the pan and line it with almonds, then refrigerate.

Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler for the dough. Whisk butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Separate eggs. Gradually fold egg yolks and melted chocolate into the butter mixture.

Beat egg whites with sugar to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the chocolate batter. Mix flour with almonds and fold in as well. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour. Remove, cool, and unmold.

Warm the apricot jam for the filling and strain through a sieve.

Break chocolate into pieces and melt slowly. Reduce sugar and 1/8 l water to make clear syrup. Mix melted chocolate with the syrup for 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly while stirring.

Cut the cake horizontally once. Spread half of the apricot jam on one layer. Reassemble and spread remaining jam over the top surface. Cover the entire cake evenly with the chocolate glaze.

For garnish melt chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly. Pour liquid chocolate into a freezer bag, cut off a small corner, and decorate or write on the cake as desired.
