- 1 handful fresh herbs (e.g., borage, arugula, chives, parsley)
- 60 g Butter
- 4 tbsp quark
- 4 slices country bread
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- edible flowers for garnish (dandelion, borage)

Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck and finely chop.

Whisk butter with quark until creamy, fold in herbs. Spread on bread slices and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with edible flowers.
