Ingredients

  • 1 handful fresh herbs (e.g., borage, arugula, chives, parsley)
  • 60 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp quark
  • 4 slices country bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • edible flowers for garnish (dandelion, borage)

Instructions

    Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck and finely chop.
