Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions

Heat the crème fraîche and dissolve the broken chocolate in it, stir in rum and butter, cool until the mixture is firm but not hard.

Place a large shallow bowl in the freezer.

Spread cocoa on a flat plate.

With chilled hands form small balls from the chocolate mixture, roll them in cocoa, and place them on the frozen plate.
