Ingredients

  • 250 g peeled and pre-cooked chestnuts (vacuum packaged)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable stock (glass)
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Sauté the chestnuts in butter. Sprinkle with sugar and allow it to caramelize until light brown.

    Deglaze with vegetable stock and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
