- 250 g peeled and pre-cooked chestnuts (vacuum packaged)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock (glass)
- Salt
- white pepper

Sauté the chestnuts in butter. Sprinkle with sugar and allow it to caramelize until light brown.
