Ingredients
- 600 g waxy potatoes
- Keimöl (for frying)
- Salt
- 300 g mature Camembert cheese
- 2 tbsp lingonberry jam
- thyme (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 80 °C with upper and lower heat. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into matchstick size or grate them. Place in a sieve and rinse with cold water until clear, then dry thoroughly.

Heat plenty of oil in a wide pan and fry small patties in batches. Drain on paper towels, season with salt, and keep warm in the preheated oven. For serving slice the cheese and arrange it over the patties, add a dollop of lingonberry jam to each, and garnish with thyme.
