Rosemary Chicken Skewers

These rosemary chicken skewers are always delicious.
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillets (4 fillets)
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 wooden skewers

Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water, pat dry and cut into 2 cm cubes. Shake off excess moisture from rosemary sprigs. Thread the chicken cubes onto the wooden skewers with rosemary sprigs.

Wash basil leaves, pat dry, remove stems and roughly chop. In a shallow bowl whisk together olive oil, paprika powder, and lemon juice. Turn the skewers in the mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan and cook the chicken skewers over medium to high heat for 8–10 minutes on all sides until cooked through.
