Ingredients

  • 1 Tête de Moine (ca. 800 g)
  • 4 ripe pears
  • 4 ripe figs
  • 300 g Bündner meat (thinly sliced)
  • 200 g walnut kernels

Instructions

    Cut a lid from the cheese and pierce the tooth of the girolle in the middle. Put on the crank and shave circular cheese flowers (with a knife if necessary).

    Wash the pears, halve them and remove the core. Wash the figs and quarter them.

  3. 3.

    Arrange the Bündner meat on a plate. Distribute the cheese flowers, pears, and figs decoratively over it and sprinkle with walnuts.
