Ingredients
- 500 g Riso Gallo (Risotto Riz Rouge)
- 300 g prawns (peeled and deveined)
- 300 g tomato sauce
- 2 cups white wine
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- oil
- sugar
- Salt
- parsley (for garnish)

Bring a very large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the Riso Gallo Riz Rouge. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pot or wok, add the chopped garlic cloves and sauté until translucent. Add the prawns and continue frying. Deglaze with white wine until it has completely evaporated. Add the tomato sauce and season to taste with one teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. When the sauce is ready, add the previously drained Riz Rouge and let it absorb for a few minutes. Plate on dishes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
