- 2 carrots
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 2 bunches spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp whole grain rice
- 1.2 l Vegetable broth
- curry powder
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions

Peel and dice the carrots and kohlrabi into small cubes. Clean, wash, and slice the spring onions into rings.

Heat the oil and sauté the rice until translucent, add the spring onions, cook briefly, then pour in the broth and vegetables; simmer for 20 minutes.

Season the soup with curry powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
