Rice Ring with Seafood

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Riesling
  • 600 g frozen mixed seafood
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400 g rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Let the seafood thaw. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat butter and oil. Add the seafood and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook the rice according to package instructions. Drain. Shape the cooked rice into rings on four small plates and serve the hot seafood within the rice ring.
