Ingredients

  • 1 l light grape juice
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 g rice flour
  • 1 can saffron
  • 4 tbsp sour cherries (jar)
  • 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • mint

Instructions

    Stir the saffron into a little grape juice. Pour the grape juice, saffron mixture, sugar and salt into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the rice and simmer according to package instructions, stirring occasionally so the pudding does not burn.

    Arrange on plates for serving, then scatter sour cherries and pine nuts over it and garnish with mint leaves.
