Ingredients

  • 1 pack passierte Tomatensauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 small can corn
  • 50 g black wild rice
  • 150 g long grain rice
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and dice finely. Wash and trim the broccoli, cut into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, cool, drain well. Cook the rice separately according to package instructions. Drain the corn, dice the broccoli, and mix with cooked rice, corn, and bell pepper cubes.

    Whisk the eggs, fold in, season with salt and pepper. Fill greased ramekins. Place the ramekins in a large baking dish filled halfway with hot water, then bake in an oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes in a water bath. Heat the tomato sauce, taste, serve on plates, and pour the flan over it.
