Ingredients
- 200 ml mineral water
- 80 g round grain rice
- iodized salt
- 100 g quark
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp sour cream (butter)
- 120 g mirabelle

Add the rice with a pinch of iodized salt to boiling mineral water, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until softened. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (gas setting 2‑3).

Whisk the quark with maple syrup and stir into the rice. Spoon half of the rice mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Wash, halve, pit the mirabelles and add them to the casserole. Spread the remaining rice mixture on top and bake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.
