Ingredients

  • 4 pork neck steaks (about 180-200 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 80 g red onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp coarsely chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

    Peel the garlic cloves and onion; slice garlic into thin rounds, cut onion into thin rings. Remove stems from the pepper, then slice crosswise into fine rings, removing seeds. Mix all ingredients with herbs and olive oil in a shallow dish. Season steaks with coarse pepper, place them in the marinate and turn them. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    After marinating, remove steaks, drain, season with salt, and grill or pan‑fry to desired doneness.
