Rhubarb Puff Pastry Cake

Ingredients
- 400 g rhubarb
- 4 tbsp white sugar
- 1 vanilla bean (pulp)
- 400 g puff pastry
- 200 g marzipan
- 70 g chopped almonds
- 30 g Butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with upper and lower heat. Wash the rhubarb, remove stems, and slice into thin strips. Mix with sugar and vanilla pulp. Roll out the puff pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Grate the marzipan and spread it over the dough. Top with the rhubarb slices and sprinkle with almond pieces. Dot with small butter shards. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
