Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes
  • Salt
  • 20 g flat parsley (1 bunch)
  • 400 g mushrooms (red caps, or substitute with porcini)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for about 25–30 minutes.

    Peel the potatoes and slice them. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and roughly chop it. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic.
