- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 2 Handfuls Basil
- Salt
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- pepper (ground)
- 500 g fresh cheese ravioli (from the fridge shelf)
- 40 g grated Parmesan

Let the peas thaw in a sieve. Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Blanch the peas in lightly boiling salted water for about 5 minutes then shock them immediately in ice water. Blend the peas with the vegetable broth and half of the basil in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the ravioli according to package instructions in boiling salted water. Warm the pea puree in a large pan and toss the drained ravioli in it. Serve on deep plates, sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with remaining basil leaves.
