Ingredients

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 100 g quark
  • 30 g honey
  • raspberries (for garnish)
  • raspberry leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

    Rinse the raspberries and pat them dry. Mix the yogurt with the quark and honey. Gently fold in the raspberries and divide the mixture into 4 mason jars or dessert glasses.
