Raspberry Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 600 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g ladyfingers (unsweetened)
  • 50 ml espresso
  • 40 ml amaretto (non-alcoholic)
  • 400 g Low-fat quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Rinse fresh raspberries, thaw frozen berries.

    Arrange ladyfingers side by side in a shallow baking dish. Mix espresso with amaretto and drizzle over the ladyfingers.

    Evenly scatter raspberries over the soaked ladyfingers.

  4. 4.

    Whisk quark with mascarpone and honey until creamy. Spread the mixture over the raspberries and smooth.

    Refrigerate for at least one hour. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
