Ingredients
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 200 ml milk
- 120 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- grated untreated lemon zest
Instructions

Set aside a few raspberries. Blend the remaining thawed berries with 1 tbsp coconut flakes, milk, coconut milk and powdered sugar until smooth.

Mix remaining coconut flakes with lemon zest. Pour the raspberry shake into glasses and garnish with the coconut-lemon mixture and the reserved raspberries.
