Ingredients

  • 3 cm ginger
  • 200 ml peach juice
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 500 g melon flesh (e.g., cantaloupe and honeydew)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 100 g physalis
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and grate finely. Combine with peach juice, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Cut the melon flesh into pieces. Peel and slice the carrot. Wash the physalis and add them along with the melon, carrots, and ice cubes to the blender. Blend everything until smooth, adding cold water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
