Ingredients
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 50 g Raisins
- 100 ml black currant juice
- 250 ml apple juice (or 350 ml red wine)
- 2 oranges
- 6 tbsp fruit tea
- 0.5 stick cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 700 ml water
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey

Halve the hazelnuts and soak them with raisins in black currant and apple juice (or red wine) overnight.

Squeeze the oranges, reserve 200 ml of juice. Cut the zest of one orange into thin strips. Pour boiling water over the orange zest, fruit tea mix, cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise; let steep for 10 minutes, strain, and heat with raisins and hazelnuts together with the liquid. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and honey; taste and adjust.
