Radish Tart

Ingredients
- 400 g small Teltower radishes
- 2 EL Butter
- 2 EL sugar
- 100 ml meat broth
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- olive oil (for the pan)
- 300 g puff pastry
- 1 sprig rosemary

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Peel the radishes. In a pot caramelize the butter with sugar. Add the radishes, pour in broth, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until almost cooked. Remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate. Cool. Oil the baking dish and arrange the radishes side by side. Roll out the pastry slightly larger than the dish, place over the radishes, press edges firmly, and prick the surface several times with a fork. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the dish, cut into pieces, and serve garnished with sprigs of rosemary.
