Ingredients
- 12 radishes
- 150 g radish leaves
- 200 g starchy potatoes
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp butter
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Wash the radishes and leaves, roughly chop the leaves. Slice 3-4 radishes thinly or grate them; dice the rest finely. Peel and cube the potatoes. Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Sauté together in hot butter briefly. Add the potatoes and radish leaves, pour in broth, and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Then puree finely. Stir in soy cream, add diced radishes back, season with salt and pepper.
