Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 100 g radishes
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • white pepper (crushed)

Instructions

    Wash, trim and dry the salad leaves, then cut into bite‑size pieces. Wash, trim radishes and slice thinly or shave them. Wash cucumber, halve lengthwise and slice thinly or shave. Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and roughly chop.

    Peel garlic, finely mince and mix with honey, lime juice, 1–2 tbsp water and oil. Season with salt and white pepper, then fold in the prepared salad ingredients.
