Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 80 g Butter
  • 200 g arborio rice
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 500 ml poultry broth (instant)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 radicchio
  • Basil
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 40 g Pecorino

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat 50 g butter in a pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and rice. Deglaze with white wine. Gradually add broth while stirring, cooking the rice for about 25-30 minutes until it remains slightly creamy.

    Clean, rinse, and cut radicchio into fine strips. Slice basil leaves into strips. Grate parmesan finely and pecorino coarsely.
