Ingredients

  • 600 g firm young potatoes
  • Salt
  • 150 g silver onions (jar)
  • 150 g pickled cucumbers (jar)
  • 400 g raclette cheese

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for 25-30 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and peel. Let the onions and pickles drain well.

    Slice the cheese into rounds and place one slice in each raclette pan; melt under the raclette grill. Arrange the melted cheese with potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and silver onions on plates for serving.
