Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 Spring Onions
- 50 g raw pork ham
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- curry powder
- 125 g mozzarella (1 ball)
- 2 stalks Parsley
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Wash, trim, and cut the spring onions diagonally into rings. Distribute the mushrooms and ham onto four raclette pans.

Drizzle oil over the ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.

Grill under the raclette grill for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile wash parsley, pat dry, and chop the leaves. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pans.
