Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot
  • 400 g button mushrooms
  • 400 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g grated raclette cheese
  • paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

    Peel and finely dice the shallot. Clean the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel, then cut or halve as desired.

    Heat butter in a pan, add the shallot and sauté until translucent. Add the mushrooms, cook briefly, deglaze with vegetable broth, then stir in cream and simmer for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
