Ingredients
- 400 g whole wheat tagliatelle
- Salt
- 500 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 0.5 tsp freshly chopped thyme
- 0.5 tsp freshly chopped parsley
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Clean and slice the mushrooms; peel and chop the shallot and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the shallot and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook until their liquid evaporates, then pour in cream and milk. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, add herbs, and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the pasta, set it on plates, spoon the mushroom sauce over it, and serve immediately.
