Ingredients
- 1.2 kg raclette cheese (whole block)
- 800 g small waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- Mixed pickles (from jar)
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and spread them on a well-greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and caraway, then bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Place the raclette cheese in the device and slowly melt it under the raclette melting unit. Serve with mixed pickles and the potatoes, seasoning the cheese with fresh pepper.
