Ingredients

  • 6 ready-made shortcrust pastry tarts
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 300 g whipping cream
  • 100 g quark (fresh cheese)
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash and clean the berries, reserving a few for garnish. Puree them and strain through a sieve.

    Whip the cream with quark and vanilla sugar until creamy; fold in the raspberry puree and spread onto the tart shells.

    Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
