- 150 g Spelt flour Type 1050
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 50 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix the flours with baking powder and salt. Add 100 ml water, yogurt and 1 tbsp oil and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a flat disc about 1 cm thick on a lightly floured surface.
