- 2 Eggs
- 225 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 75 g flour
- 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
- soft butter (for the pan)
- 75 g white couverture chocolate
- cocoa powder (to dust)
Instructions
-
1.
Melt the butter in the microwave on low heat. Let the liquid butter cool slightly. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the butter. Mix the flour with the nuts, cocoa, and cinnamon, then quickly fold into the batter. Grease a microwave-safe pan (about 20x20 cm) and pour in the batter. Smooth the top and bake for 4-5 minutes at medium power (around 600 watts). The batter should be firm but still have a soft center; if needed, bake a bit longer. Remove the finished brownie and let it cool briefly.
