Ingredients

  • 700 g lamb meat (from the shoulder, ready to cook)
  • 500 g white cabbage
  • 400 g waxy potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g pumpkin flesh
  • 2 onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

    Wash the lamb, pat dry, trim excess fat and cut into roughly 3 cm cubes. Clean, wash, quarter the cabbage, remove the core and cube it. Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes and carrots. Peel the pumpkin and cut into about 3 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.
