Ingredients
- 800 g lamb leg (boneless)
- 500 g vegetable onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- Pepper
- 600 ml meat broth (from a bottle)
- 800 g starchy potatoes
- 2 Bay leaves
- 0.5 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions

Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a wide pot, brown the meat in batches.

In the cooking fat sauté the onions and crushed garlic for 3 minutes, add bay leaves. Return the meat, season with salt and pepper, pour in broth, cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Place the potatoes on top of the stew, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat, cover and cook for another 30 minutes until done. Season again and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
