Quick Beef Ragout

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole mushrooms (in the can)
  • 150 ml dry red wine
  • 1 glass onions (in balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 packet herbs de Provence (frozen 25 g)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 beef broth cube
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 can beef goulash (500 g)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

    Drain mushrooms in a sieve.

    Heat red wine in a pot, add mushrooms and onions with the dressing, stir in sour cream with herbs, mix in lemon juice, broth cube and mustard, bring everything to a boil, fold in beef goulash, simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes, season, and serve on plates with a splash of sour cream and rosemary.
