Ingredients
- 1 can whole mushrooms (in the can)
- 150 ml dry red wine
- 1 glass onions (in balsamic vinegar)
- 1 packet herbs de Provence (frozen 25 g)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 beef broth cube
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 can beef goulash (500 g)
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

Drain mushrooms in a sieve.

Heat red wine in a pot, add mushrooms and onions with the dressing, stir in sour cream with herbs, mix in lemon juice, broth cube and mustard, bring everything to a boil, fold in beef goulash, simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes, season, and serve on plates with a splash of sour cream and rosemary.
