Ingredients
- 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 300 g potatoes
- Salt
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 40 g Butter
- Pepper
- nutmeg

Clean the pumpkin, remove seeds, peel the potatoes, dice both and cook together in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and let steam off. Bring cream with butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg to a boil.

Add the vegetables and process into a smooth mash. Adjust seasoning if needed.
