Ingredients
- 400 g smoked Schellfisch
- 300 g Salicornia (sea asparagus)
- olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Cut the fish into portions. Thoroughly wash the sea asparagus, removing any hard brown spots, drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.

In a pan, lightly fry in 2 tbsp olive oil for 1 minute. Drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Distribute on plates and arrange the smoked Schellfisch on top. Serve sprinkled with extra pepper. A fresh baguette pairs well.
