Parmesan-Thyme Popcorn

Creative variation with Parmesan-thyme popcorn from Spoonsparrow. Super quick, super easy, super tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 500 g corn kernels
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 bunch thyme (10 g)
  • 0.5 bunch rosemary (10 g)

Instructions

    Peel the garlic cloves and flatten them on a cutting board. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the corn kernels and garlic, then stir with a wooden spoon to spread them evenly across the bottom. Once the first kernel pops, cover the pot and occasionally shake it until no more popping sounds are heard; this takes about 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile grate the Parmesan. Wash the herbs, dry by shaking, and finely chop. Mix all ingredients together.
