Ingredients

  • 450 g pumpkin flesh
  • 350 g small cherry tomatoes
  • 3 red onions
  • 1 roll of puff pastry about 270 g (from the fridge)
  • 30 g liquid butter
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.

    Cut the pumpkin flesh into small cubes. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes; peel and finely chop the onions.

    Line a tart pan with parchment paper and cover it with the puff pastry. Distribute the pumpkin, onions and tomatoes on top, brush with butter and season with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the mixture and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
