A fresh herb-infused mushroom skillet from the Provence region, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 800 g medium-sized mushrooms
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp fresh rosemary needles
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 2 Garlic cloves
- juice of one lemon
- salt (pepper)
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms, place them in a bowl and mix with olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

Peel the garlic cloves, slice thinly, add to the mixture, stir well, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.

Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat and sauté the marinated mushrooms until browned on all sides.
