Ingredients
- 250 g Potatoes
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk leek
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- Herb salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 50 ml cooking cream (15% fat)
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain, let cool briefly, and peel.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel and dice the onion. Clean the leek, wash it, and cut into rings. Steam the vegetables in vegetable broth, thicken with flour, then season with herb salt, soy sauce, and cooking cream.

Slice the potatoes and add them to the sauce.
